This deliciously melt-in-the-mouth cheddar cheese is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months, at which point we select the very best cheese to be made into one of our award-winning truckles. Our heart-shaped Vintage Bruton Beauty cheese has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture that’s irresistibly moreish and will make you come back for more!

All of our heart-shaped cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives, and they are suitable for vegetarians.
