These sites are scams and you lot shouldn't put them up ..if people decide to order and they get scammed what you gonna do "Tom pay us all back .very misleading the sites should be tested for authentication.
A site that's only been registered 2months with deals from £50 too 2£ come on it looks like a fake ASOS how it's set out
secrerassassins I would not have put this up if it was a scam. I have ordered from these before when they were giving freebie sets where you just pay p&p. I have received each and every time I have ordered. This site has been going for much longer than 2 months, I was ordering from them last year. This site is not a scam. Yes they say the item was £25 and now reduced to £1 or whatever, but why not buy them at that reduced price? Everybody is watching their pennies, so grab them while they are giving them away. Like I said I have received my orders with no problems.
lucyeva72 it’s not a scam on the traditional sense, however the products you get are incredibly cheap. I’ve used them twice and both products were half full, and the liquid inside was gloopy and the pump wouldn’t work.
They’re parent company has several websites all doing the same shady techniques. They will also spam you with 2-5 emails a day from their other brands. Their customer service is appalling and they are very rude Indian people, at least the people I’ve spoken to are. Wouldn’t give me a refund for faulty products and lied to PayPal to try and stop me claiming.
jpdunne1996 Like I said in my previous post, I've never had any issues, and the products I've received have been fine. I think they're selling them cheap as they maybe end of line stock.
lucyeva72 they are not end of line stock. It’s a marketing strategy used by all of their companies. Don’t fall for it. If PayPal won’t take their money, you know there’s an issue.
Shame they dont accept paypal. I wouldnt risk entering my card details with anyone ive not ordered from previously.
yax they don’t accept PayPal because PayPal stopped working with them! Very shady company with very rude.
jpdunne1996 yhhhh i thort why is it only giving option to enter card details. Rather be safe than sorry and neva enter card details.
Checkout the trustpilot reviews for this site. I foolishly ordered £20+ worth of products in Feb, received nothing. Had an email saying they had been dispatched 3rd March, so contacted customer service on fb. They said they hadn't been dispatched at all but they would be. 2 weeks later still nothing, and no reply from anyone now. Gonna have to try and get my money back through the bank - what a lot of faff. So please think twice, I hate dodgy internet sellers, gives the good ones a bad rep.
vixe80 please read trustpilot reviews before ordering. It’s a marketing strategy, you will receive cheap rubbish, if you receive anything at all. They will refuse a refund and become aggressive and rude, from experience.
I've bough Cougar products before. They're cheaply made but OK, the kind of quality you'd expect from a B&M or Home Bargains purchase. These deals are a bit of a scam, as you tend to pay much more than the product is actually worth in the p+p.
Anyone who pays their advertised "regular" prices is definitely being ripped off, and they even sell their own products cheap on Amazon under a slightly different distribution name (but still them... Same address!)
