What are the delivery options for The Co-Op?

Co-op Electrical delivery Monday to Saturday to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight addresses only. They offer free delivery on weekdays. Major Kitchen Appliances and Televisions 40" and above available on Rapid Delivery are dispatched via their own Home Delivery Service system.

Rapid Delivery

Products delivered to your door as quickly as the next day. You can select your own delivery date for your order and they will send you a scheduled 60 minute time slot for your delivery. All Rapid Delivery products are highlighted with a distinctive logo. Large items are delivered Monday to Saturday to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight, while small appliances our delivered via their courier DPD Monday to Saturday to Mainland UK, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

Delivery of Major Kitchen Appliances and Televisions 42" and above

All Major Kitchen appliances (excluding table top fridges) are delivered via their own Two Man Home Delivery Service. Delivery days might change depending on the amount of orders they have and deliveries made to less populated areas. To find your delivery date, simply click on the product required, then click on the delivery date button and enter your post code.

Home Delivery Cut Off Times:

• Monday before 12:00 - Tuesday
• Tuesday before 12:00 - Wednesday
• Wednesday before 12:00 - Thursday
• Thursday before 12:00 - Friday
• Friday before 12:00 - Saturday
• All orders from 12.01pm Friday to 12:00 Monday – Tuesday

How do I return an item to The Co-Op?

• You can return your unwanted product within 28 days of delivery provided that it has not been used, in its original packaging, seal is intact and in a resalable condition.
• To arrange a collection and return, you may contact them by email at sales@coop.co.uk quoting your order number. Once they receive the email, they will contact you and arrange a suitable time for the item to be collected and returned to them at the following address:
