Why is my Sainsbury's discount code not working?

There are several reasons why your code might not be working:

Reason 1: The discount code might have expired.

Reason 2: You might be applying the discount code to certain items that do not accept discount codes.

Reason 3: You have already used this same discount code when shopping before at Sainsbury's.

Reason 4: You have not spent the minimum amount of money necessary to make the discount code work.

Reason 5: You have taken the discount code from an international deals site, which probably doesn’t apply to Sainsbury's.

The staff at Sainsbury's always makes my experience great. I shop there on daily basis and I am never disappointed. Also lower prices with Nectar points help a lot with saving some money. The only negative thing is too many self check outs and to little staff. It is awful to see hard working people under so much pressure.

I saw a deal on the site, save 25% OFF when you bought 6 bottles of wine plus a voucher for £18 OFF if you spent £60. All in all I saved £40. As the budget mentioned an increase of duty on wine, I thought I would stock up. So bought 20 bottles, average price pre discount was £6 which is competitive. I selected a saver delivery slot, so it only cost £2.75, they did have cheaper options, but they were later in the evening. They kept me informed about when the delivery was happening. Unfortunately a bottle of wine broke in transit, but the £ was refunded within hours. I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use this retailer again.
