I was tempted by this deal as I wanted to change my current supplier. However, after checking reviews, the customer service seems to be really poor

I swapped from Lebara. Huge mistake. They have been terrible. I got one of these deals and I never got the data or minutes and they are really difficult to contact. I’ve gone back to lebara and porting my number back across. I was only with them for less than a week. They are that bad! On the plus side the signal is reasonably good.

What about texts?? It tells you how much data you will get, how many calling minutes you will get and how much eu minutes but it doesn't show how many texts you will get....why aren't texts included??
