Lovely idea.

It's great that people will collect other people's rubbish but this shouldn't be happening in the first place.

Litter is my bug , we live in a village and we often have litter picks, but you know, its not all the villagers throwing rubbish around, look at it, on my way home from hospital we have to go on country roads and the amount of rubbish, and I know the local council have workers out all the time, I just couldn't believe how much rubbish there wasn't any wind, so it had not been traveling by wind, it was a disgrace. Why can't people take home their own rubbish, and put it in their own bin. I had someone knock on my door to tell me that the man from round the corner , down the road, carried rubbish, and ours was the only bin, he get his rubbish in my bin, cheeky person, I looked at better in my bin than dumped????? What would your reaction be???? answers please.
