I was just about to ask if it’s just me that notices stores no longer stock items when on offer
If you look at the stores that stock it it seems to be mainly hospital and airport stores.

none of my local stores seem to have this product every time I go in they say it’s something they can’t order in stock somehow
What a great freebie! Problem is local WHSmits don't have it. I found them in Victoria station in WHSmiths and got 4 bottle with another person with me and took 2 trips on separate days. Otherwise I went in to a lot and most did not have it. Very disappointing that they don't have it in all their stores.
As said above the only branches that tend to stock it are hospital and airport branches.
Like some other people here, I still have the voucher from previous promotion. I can't find it in stock in any of the WHSmiths stores (even the big ones in London)

Will be nagging friends who work in the city to save their Metro for me. Definitely worth popping into Smiths for a decent free drink rather than paying for one and probably more in a cafe whilst I'm out. 
Was in WHSmiths today and all their chilled drinks were buy 1 get 1 free. Don't know if this is area specific.
