I feel like their prices are what they are because they don't have them in shops? Either yet or not planning to. Still, 3.95 is excessive for samples.
As far as I'm concerned, if you have to pay for the postage then it isn't a freebie. What makes it worse is that paying postage for freebies is not only becoming more common but also more expensive. You may as well go out and purchase the product.
