Shadow Foam is a customisable grade of foam, that can be easily cut and shaped to fit your tools, equipment and accessories.
It has been specifically developed for cutting by hand using a sharp blade. Shadow Foam is coated with a clear rubber compound. This slows the oxidisation process, protecting the foam and ensuring it keeps it’s bright vivid colour.

Mine turned up yesterday, I'm really pleased with it. For anyone who's still curious what this stuff is, I've put some pictures together of it here , it's used in many trades, mostly those such as skilled manual trades where there are many smaller precision tools or lots of sets of tools like drill bits, spanners etc. Lots of other uses though like keeping collections in e. g die cast model sets, chess pieces, thimbles, porcelain, jewellery etc, anything you prefer not to be rolling around that you can access easily. Ideal for cutting tools so as not to place your hand in quick only to find you've cut your hand so anything like craft tools too or cutlery, just anything really!
