Thank you for sharing this with us. Some people who ordered said they weren't very happy with the taste of them but if it helps to sleep might worth a try.
As someone else said it apparently doesn't taste very nice! That's putting me off somewhat. Has anyone tried it and if so does it help with sleeping? If so I can probably put up with the taste.
They taste like sour milk mixed with herbs, VERY nasty but if you can tolerate it then maybe it would help you sleep.

Yes it taste absolutely rank but I put mine in the end with half my orange juice and it tasted better leaves a menthol taste that's the strong one. Not tried the other one yet
These are not worth it IMO, they are the size of the tiny tins of fizzy juice you get and taste horrible
The taste was unusual but definitely not unpleasant. It didnt work for me but could for someone else.

I would be too afraid to try it. I know valeriana is a herbal medicine, I bought it from H&B.
It’s got a lovely taste but there is something in them that don’t agree with my body at all. Instead of a goodnight sleep that I do really need badly, I ended up spending the whole night in the bathroom Not sure that counts as a good night Lol
