Went in here just before christmas. Went here to feel posh. While it's a high end shop i was made to feel welcome and allowed to happily browse. We treated ourselves to cake that we ate in the hotel as our desserts it was divine. Definitely would go back. The hot chocolate van is lovely with pink cream. Very special.

Great place to shop but one thing I will say is the depending on where you are shopping staff can be soo snobby baring in mind they are just retail staff. Also because of this is can be awkward shopping in the designer sections even for my random treat because of the way the staff can be!

My item came within 2 days of ordering, it came beautifully packaged at no extra cost, in a Harrods box with branded tissue paper.
