I’ve just started using Sainsburys for supermarket delivery. Most of the offers were delivered and on time. However check your receipts, I ordered 6 bottles of wine in the 25% off promotion and still not been issued a refund despite ringing them and contacting them through X. I want my money back not just a credit note on my account. So buyer beware.
The staff at Sainsbury's always makes my experience great. I shop there on daily basis and I am never disappointed. Also lower prices with Nectar points help a lot with saving some money.
The only negative thing is too many self check outs and to little staff. It is awful to see hard working people under so much pressure.
They always have a great range of foods and clothing items and frequently has reduced prices off foods or special offers. That are a great bargain buy and can help save you money during these tough times. Keep a look out on yellow stickers on food items!! Clothing sales are good too up to 50% off or more!
