On my recent visit to Sally beauty shop I found the staff to be very rude obnoxious and dam right ignorant. After visiting the store in Newark on Trent I was unable to purchase the items I when in to for and left feeling very stupid by the way I was spoken down to as if my money and custom wasn't allowed very saddened by the whole all deal and it's safe to say I'll not be going there again
I have used Sally Express a handful of times and have never had any problems. I have purchased both full and discounted items and everything has been fantastic quality. Delivery has always been free and fast because i have always easily spent over £30. On my first order i was able to get 10% off my order by joining the newsletter. This website is another hidden treasure on the internet.
This place has been an absolute godsend in lockdown. I've been able to order colour products and scissors and cut and colour my own hair. There has been some great advice on their website from beauty tips to cutting your hair. Products are really competitvely priced too, and it's definitely one I'll use again for all more specialist beauty and hair items as the savings are significant compared to say Boots or similar.
It's free delivery over £30 too but I was able to stock up on a few items I needed in one go.
