One of the worse online services award go to affordable mobiles. I ordered a phone with them in the end of April I didn't like it and called to return it, the representative told me she can send me an exchange and new phone will be better etc etc, I taken new phone and after waiting for a week for delivery I called them back on 14th of May and asked to cancel my contract. The representative on the phone confirmed she had cancelled it and I will have a confirmation email soon, after 2 weeks of that I received an email my phone is delivered and £82 were taken from my account.
I called to ask what's going on they apologised and said the representative activated my contract instead of cancelling but nothing to worry my contract is terminated today and in next 3 to 7 days I will receive my full refund and they are sending me a confirmation email soon.
I received an email with the instructions how to return my handset, once they will receive handset back they will examine it and then my refund will be processed.
I was in a shock because few mins ago they told me they received my phone back weeks ago and cancelled my contract already.
Anyway after being put on hold and transfer to this department to that, they told me they issued a new phone on my name which had been received by someone in the lift. Well, I am truly unavailable to write how I felt on that moment. I mean seriously what business can do such things? I reported them to national fraud for misusing my personal details. That case is still pending yet.
Anyway after chasing for my money for weeks, finally, I have a kind of good news. The service provider will refund me money on my bills of other contract which is a year old.
