  • I’ve not shopped in Asda for a while now but when I did I loved the clothes department as I use to get my kids clothes from there. DawnBailey
  • I prefer asda over most shops mainly due to the fact of the size of my local one, it's in an old Dixon's. The staff tend to be a lot more helpful than other places and can't do enough to help you. Back when my nan was alive they were more than accommodating when she came shopping with a wheelchair and such. An added bonus is they have their own brand which is brilliantly priced. And i like the token idea to pick a donation after purchasing shopping AnthonyFulton
  • My experience with Asda - Great Staff really helpful and always with a smile. Products are ok but not a great quality. I think most of the products is overpriced. I do use Asda every time I do shopping but it isn't my favourite shop anymore. AlicjaJagielska
  • Asda isn't my main supermarket, purely because of distance, but it is close to our new office so I do now shop there a few times a month. I love their homeware section and have always loved George at Asda. Their prices are very good and the quality of the groceries is great. The reductions (yellow stickers) are always hefty in our store which is a bonus when leaving work late! The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. I'm always very happy to shop at Asda especially with a voucher code. kellyknight
  • I shop at Asda and I have done for many years. I do feel though that service has slipped somewhat recently. Asda used to be customer focused and their slogan used to be "happy to help" however I do find the staff unhappy and unhelpful. I also find that they have a lot of products out of stock that in my option shouldn't be out of stock, own brand baked beans being one that seems to come up a lot. However, on the whole they do seem to be good value so I will probably continue to shop with them for convenience. lauraddd
  • Unfortunately ASDA is not my main supermarket anymore as other companies are so competitive I try to shop where I can get the best deals as like everyone I am on a budget. I do however use them for my grandsons nappies and wipes as they are by far the best quality i have found for him and i also buy alot of their clothing as i love the fit and the style they have to offer and also good at Christmas time with their offers for tins of Chocolates and sweets 💕 SRFMLY
  • Asda is the shop I mainly use to do online grocery shopping however I am finding more & more that the deliveries have poor substitutions, short dated products & generally never quite right! While Asda offers Asda Price Guarantee it has to be used on your next online shop but you cannot use in store APG receipts online which is frustrating, I wish they could be added to your account somehow. Asda does have some great clothing & I really recommend the George clothing range, it washes well & is off a good quality for the small price tag. SandyRhodes
  • Asda isn't my main supermarket but I do go there frequently for the bits I can't get elsewhere. It can be quite hit and miss with things like freshness of bread. It's does sell a variety of products what we would call world foods from several countries to expand your palette. Asda's George range often has something for all the family in a range of sizes even I can get into. My fave local Asda staff have to be on the pharmacy. Always have a smile and a laugh with them. funwithlisa
  • Asda is no longer my main shopping go to. It used to be but I feel as if prices have started to go up and quality down. There is a lot of competition out there and I think with the economy as it is right now Asda needs to step up it's game. Though I must say that the quality of their clothes especially kids is good. The good thing I can think about Asda is that it has quite a lot of sales all through the year. The staff are always polite and helpful. @bibishah81z
  • I've only been using Asda regularly in the last year since moving to Cornwall where its one the few Supermarkets within a 10 mile radius to where I live. I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of item available to purchase albeit clothing, homewares or food. I have always found the quality of everything I've bought to be of a high standard and all reasonably priced. I have found great bargains on bedding i.e. duvet sets. There always seems to be reduced duvet sets every time I go to the store so i now have quite a collection. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to assist you. Maybe this is because its a semi rural community as it wasn't the same when I shopped before moving from West London. The only downside I've found it the food in the cafe isn't very good. There are always plenty of parking spaces and cash machine near the entrance. The store is very large so you are not battling with other trolleys as you go around doing your shopping. The bakery items are always fresh. The store is always very clean tidy and so are the toilets. jacquis
  • Asda is just 10 mins down the road from me and it's quite popular here, we're greedy as we've got four of them haha. I've always have a list with me but never seem to stick with it, I'm sure I'm not the only one ;) The products are always good value, but lacking in Customer Service. Some choose to ignore you, carry on and chat with colleagues. Aside from that there is friendly staff that I've come across also. My partner often finds me in the George range or aisle 1 where the candles are!ScotsChick
  • Asda has been my go to supermarket since living in Brighton because their prices are great and they have so much more variety over other supermarkets. I particularly love their 'World foods' which they have a huge selection of and their fresh pizzas are the best because they really pile on the toppings. I love their clothing range for buying affordable long lasting jeans.
  • I also get a delivery from Asda once a week which is a great service and the driver is always very friendly, on 2 occasions over 3 years my delivery has unfortunately been cancelled for unforseen circumstances but I have always been generously compensated in this case. Their customer service can't be faulted. JessTilley

What can i say ,i haven't the words to do Asda mobile justice. But i will try😱 I have a reoccurring bundle every month with Asda who did use EE. Highly Recommend This Phone Company, and best of all the staff who were the best customer service ever.🧑👩🧓👨👧 But things are changing, they now are going to be using Vodaphone and the staff have lost there jobs up in Geordie Land.👩🏻‍💻🙋🏻‍♂️👨🏻‍💻🙋🏻‍♀️ Good bye dear friends, i will miss you all.😥😪 I will stay for the time with Asda and Vodaphone and see how it pans out.You see i told you my reoccurring 30 day bundle was for only £5 a month. Don't dare laugh 🤣😂😅😁😊.As a pensioner it suited me well 👩 Believe me they were so friendly, professional and always managed to sort my queries out👨🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻👨‍💼👩‍💼 That's Asda Price 🏅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏅

Online shopping with Asda is a bit of pain sometimes because it freezes and I have to close app and start again not with my order just getting back to where I left off Asda's prices are getting better where a bit overpriced for a little while I think I might have but can't remember yes no problem returning items online if something is wrong I have phoned up and got a refund plus a little bit more delivery are reasonably good but i found the drivers helpful there customer service is brilliant you just phone tell them what's wrong and they refund you straight away and sometimes add a little extra .

Asda prices are good Often have good deals on. As a regular online shopper I often find the subs to be not suitable Too many items always out of stock. Shopping at George is now an awful experience if you need to return items Staff are often busy doing other things Like serving on the cigarette kiosk.

I am disabled and need groceries delivered. I think asda are the cheapest for the food that i get but the dates of the fresh food are terrible. Some of the fruit or bread etc are dated for day off delivery and the groceries are suppose to last me a full week until next delivery.

Always had a positive experience at ASDA and they do have some really good deals. Overall their prices are same if not below than their competitors I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. Though I only contacted their customer service once but they took an awfully long time to respond. Not sure if I was a bit unlucky and that's just a one off experience

I had good service today as the products are in standard working condition which are really good and very acceptable which always works fine. I would rate the service 9.5 to other retailers as I had bad experience with other retailers as they didn't meet the right kind of standards which was bad as well.

In my online shopping there is always products out of stock, the good thing is that the alternatives are good and if you don't like them you can send them back. The refund is quick if you follow the procedure on their website. The only downside is that sometimes the way the products are packed are not the best (for example frozen peas in the same box of flour).

When i ho to my local asda i know exactly where everything is like 99.5% of the time and that makes it really easy for me to find what im looking for so i can spend less time in the shop during this desperate time and less chance of me catching or spreading this covid mess and the prices are always suitable for me

Well, I usually do my monthly and weekly baby products shopping from Asda. They have nice atmosphere and many things available online so if you need something, you can always order it online in case you can't go out due to covid or bad weather. They have huge variety of all daily and household products and George clothing has no competition. They also have Little Angels nappies and wipes which I use. with a decent customer service...I won't say very nice but still better than many other stores near me.

Always buy lots of shoes for the grandkids from here . They are reasonably priced and kids feet grow so quick so well worth the money. They range from wellingtons and boots and trainers and they have some really lovely items. My grandkids love going there and buying their shoes and a nice outfit if they see one.

Apart for the 24h opening, Asda always provides a great experience when shopping having the shelf’s full and staff available to assist even with all this hard period (COVID-19) George is another great deal from socks to jackets and from new born to adults clothes and shoes. Oh and another plus is the variation of food from different countries

I shop at asda Stanley co durham because of distance and convenience. Generally find it ok apart from lack of organic produce which I prefer. Deals are good but normal prices can be quite high. Refunds are usually quite easy to obtain. Queues go down quickly and theres usually plenty of tills open. Overall experience is ok.

I use Asda click and collect and find it a very good service. Can sometimes have to wait a while at store for a member of staff to bring the items at busy times but generally a good free service. Its easy to return an item, just hand into customer service in store.

I've been with asda awhile now. I always choose the home delivery service due to a physical disability. I think they have done an amazing job through the pandemic very helpful driver and updates along the way when items are not available. They always try to substitute when items are not available. Merry Christmas and thankyou for your continued support and to ease the pressure of Christmas throughout these trying times.

The variety of products is very good, and the quality of the goods bought is usually great. There are usually not too long a delay at tills, and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pricing at ASDA is always very impressive and cheaper than the other stores generally. They also do some excellent offers on everyday products so you save very often on your shop. Their own brand Best Of are really nice quality products and their bargain items are definitely great value for money. In illness recently, I ordered some groceries on-line and delivery was prompt and very good.
