  • I’ve not shopped in Asda for a while now but when I did I loved the clothes department as I use to get my kids clothes from there. DawnBailey
  • I prefer asda over most shops mainly due to the fact of the size of my local one, it's in an old Dixon's. The staff tend to be a lot more helpful than other places and can't do enough to help you. Back when my nan was alive they were more than accommodating when she came shopping with a wheelchair and such. An added bonus is they have their own brand which is brilliantly priced. And i like the token idea to pick a donation after purchasing shopping AnthonyFulton
  • My experience with Asda - Great Staff really helpful and always with a smile. Products are ok but not a great quality. I think most of the products is overpriced. I do use Asda every time I do shopping but it isn't my favourite shop anymore. AlicjaJagielska
  • Asda isn't my main supermarket, purely because of distance, but it is close to our new office so I do now shop there a few times a month. I love their homeware section and have always loved George at Asda. Their prices are very good and the quality of the groceries is great. The reductions (yellow stickers) are always hefty in our store which is a bonus when leaving work late! The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. I'm always very happy to shop at Asda especially with a voucher code. kellyknight
  • I shop at Asda and I have done for many years. I do feel though that service has slipped somewhat recently. Asda used to be customer focused and their slogan used to be "happy to help" however I do find the staff unhappy and unhelpful. I also find that they have a lot of products out of stock that in my option shouldn't be out of stock, own brand baked beans being one that seems to come up a lot. However, on the whole they do seem to be good value so I will probably continue to shop with them for convenience. lauraddd
  • Unfortunately ASDA is not my main supermarket anymore as other companies are so competitive I try to shop where I can get the best deals as like everyone I am on a budget. I do however use them for my grandsons nappies and wipes as they are by far the best quality i have found for him and i also buy alot of their clothing as i love the fit and the style they have to offer and also good at Christmas time with their offers for tins of Chocolates and sweets 💕 SRFMLY
  • Asda is the shop I mainly use to do online grocery shopping however I am finding more & more that the deliveries have poor substitutions, short dated products & generally never quite right! While Asda offers Asda Price Guarantee it has to be used on your next online shop but you cannot use in store APG receipts online which is frustrating, I wish they could be added to your account somehow. Asda does have some great clothing & I really recommend the George clothing range, it washes well & is off a good quality for the small price tag. SandyRhodes
  • Asda isn't my main supermarket but I do go there frequently for the bits I can't get elsewhere. It can be quite hit and miss with things like freshness of bread. It's does sell a variety of products what we would call world foods from several countries to expand your palette. Asda's George range often has something for all the family in a range of sizes even I can get into. My fave local Asda staff have to be on the pharmacy. Always have a smile and a laugh with them. funwithlisa
  • Asda is no longer my main shopping go to. It used to be but I feel as if prices have started to go up and quality down. There is a lot of competition out there and I think with the economy as it is right now Asda needs to step up it's game. Though I must say that the quality of their clothes especially kids is good. The good thing I can think about Asda is that it has quite a lot of sales all through the year. The staff are always polite and helpful. @bibishah81z
  • I've only been using Asda regularly in the last year since moving to Cornwall where its one the few Supermarkets within a 10 mile radius to where I live. I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of item available to purchase albeit clothing, homewares or food. I have always found the quality of everything I've bought to be of a high standard and all reasonably priced. I have found great bargains on bedding i.e. duvet sets. There always seems to be reduced duvet sets every time I go to the store so i now have quite a collection. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to assist you. Maybe this is because its a semi rural community as it wasn't the same when I shopped before moving from West London. The only downside I've found it the food in the cafe isn't very good. There are always plenty of parking spaces and cash machine near the entrance. The store is very large so you are not battling with other trolleys as you go around doing your shopping. The bakery items are always fresh. The store is always very clean tidy and so are the toilets. jacquis
  • Asda is just 10 mins down the road from me and it's quite popular here, we're greedy as we've got four of them haha. I've always have a list with me but never seem to stick with it, I'm sure I'm not the only one ;) The products are always good value, but lacking in Customer Service. Some choose to ignore you, carry on and chat with colleagues. Aside from that there is friendly staff that I've come across also. My partner often finds me in the George range or aisle 1 where the candles are!ScotsChick
  • Asda has been my go to supermarket since living in Brighton because their prices are great and they have so much more variety over other supermarkets. I particularly love their 'World foods' which they have a huge selection of and their fresh pizzas are the best because they really pile on the toppings. I love their clothing range for buying affordable long-lasting jeans.
  • I also get a delivery from Asda once a week which is a great service and the driver is always very friendly, on 2 occasions over 3 years my delivery has unfortunately been cancelled for unforeseen circumstances but I have always been generously compensated in this case. Their customer service can't be faulted. JessTilley

I have been shopping online with Asda for a while now and am really happy with my experiences. I have had products that are out of stock so have been changed but always for a higher quality product (charged for price of one ordered ). It isn’t often products are out of stock but you can have them back to delivery driver if you don’t want the replacement. You will be refunded within 3 days . I have only had one occasion when an item was missing from my order and I contacted Asda and they refunded me immediately. My orders always arrive on time or early . If they are early the driver will wait for you if you are not home . You choose your delivery slot yourself anyway so it’s not likely you will miss delivery (I never have). Their prices are low as usual and they have a rewards system Asda pot . Download their app and you get £5 free when you use it for first time . You can earn more rewards for other missions in the app . When you build up your points it’s easily redeemable for voucher off your next shop

The price is good along with their delivery chargers but unfortunately I constantly experience issues (over 20 out of stock or substituted items in 1 month) sometimes they also supply products with a shelf life of 1 or 2 days, it is really disappointing and their customer services representatives do not seem to care

I love asda with the card they offer which goes up pritty quickly. You can rack up a decent ammount to knock off your shopping bill, but lately the prices are going up so much. Not just a few pence but some over 50% higher. So if you can shop around.

ASDA has many great value deals which allow those with a big family to save more and spend less. My experience has been great everywhere and overtime and there prices are very affordable. Lot of stores and items to choose from. The stores are big and there is also PRIME sold there which is cool but mostly sold out. Service is good. The overall experience of the building and car park is very good. But I would like to see more of the single smaller trolleys.

I have returned products from them before and they always have a simple method for package returns. I like how easy it is. The customer service is always high standard and they always listen to what you have to say. The only thing I dislike about Asda is the prices, however as cost of living is becoming high I can't complain about the prices.

Easy to shop online and arrived at the store for collection without any issues. Would have preferred them to make an item Available for the date of collection I selected since this was available in late afternoon/early evening on the day I chose and so they could have made sure it was sent to the store a day prior to the day i wanted to pick up otherwise I often have to get the next working day from the date I chose. Staff were fast in store for picking up the parcel and didn't leave me waiting long, also very friendly.

Wry pleasent experience however noticed now you dont get as much value for money as previous. The asda rewards scheme is brilliant meaning i gain a little back each shop i do. The only major flaw is the lack of stock. Everytime i always end up eith 10 plus substitutions not ideal when some of them just arent good ordered a chicken and got eggs as a sub

I had a look on line at the cheapest price for Jam Shed Shiraz wine and Asda had an offer on which was a reduction from £7.00 per bottle to £5.50 per bottle. I was passing an Asda whilst out and about and popped in with the intention of picking up 2 bottles for Christmas gifts. The price in store was £7.00 per bottle. I queried this with a member of staff who said the online price is different to instore and its £1.50 cheaper per bottle on line. This is crazy, Asda are charging 2 different prices for the same product. I've never experienced this with a supermarket. I could order on line on click and collect for a charge of 50p for the service then walk back into the same store and collect my 2 bottles for £5.50 each. Absolute madness. Bit disappointed Asda to be honest. Times are hard and this isn't helping us shoppers on a budget.

Reasonable prices & usually well stocked. Rewards card is very handy, well worth the sign up and the few extra seconds to scan your card! In a few weeks I gained £19 worth of vouchers and was super happy. They accept refunds fairly easy & always try and be most helpful. Customer service is usually a go to for me if I have an issue, 9/10 times it gets resolved or signposted to further help!

I recently ordered a toddler pillow for my daughter. Firstly I drawn by the fantastic price. It was honestly a third of the price of other retails. I ordered on a Sunday abs it was delivered to my local store on Tuesday. It was free delivery to store too! I honestly could not fault the service received from Asda

Can be good and can be bad it really is hit or miss. I have family that work there as agree the staff can be rude but also really nice busy days are the worse for trying to communicate with anyone. Good things are bread is fresh and price is fair so can’t complain to much

Since asda launched the new loyalty points scheme I have started shopping with them a bit more. The offers are great, and much needed in the current climate. Managed to stock up on the wash gift sets while on offer for Christmas gifts. The 3 for £20 on 24 pack cans are excellent value - I wish they ran this more frequently though as you can’t stock up on these due to limited storage lol. Highly recommended

Very disappointed in Asda. Whilst I have always shopped with them, liked their prices and own brand products. I am disappointed after moving to Hailsham. My local store has very little selection and often half the stuff I see online they don't stock. This makes it very frustrating to shop and get the things we need for our groceries. But what I find more bizarre is that they don't even stock half their own brand goods, in their own store? And now with the limit on what you can have of each Asda branded item as well it's just saddening. I also dislike That there is so much girls clothes for children and hardly any boys clothes. Its hard to find locally clothes for my twins and often have to travel to other stores or shop elsewhere outside of my town :/ I hope that in future more attention will be made towards smaller stores.

Just essentials brand At first we were not sure what to think about this 🤔 but thought if we do not try we will never know and in these tough times any saving is a blessing. We were very surprised and glad we did give it ago we haven't tried anything so far that we hated . The kids love the sausages rolls for the price it's a bargain . I hear people moaning about the colour of the packaging... OK am not judge mental but come on you aren't eating the packaging there is no shame in buy cheaper if anything its smarter . Asda has took the first steps to helping us threw the cost of living crisis and mark my words watch the other super markets follow so from my family to your it's a 5 out

Had a pair. One is still good but not the other. The bag it comes in split along the seam. The screw that holds the back fell out. The top has given way and finally one of the rubber on the seat split. All this in about 4 days use. Couldn't take it back as lost receipt. ☹️
