I really like thomas saboo and will stand by their quality of items! I think they come in a gorgeous bag and box and therefore make the perfect gift. They are just as good (sometimes even better) than Pandora, but items are priced at a much cheaper price. They often have flash sales too, with great discounts to be found. I think their customer service is not AS good as other but it is still nice enough.

I've had a few items from Thomas Sabo as gifts and purchased them for a family relative who thinks they are lovely. I can't say I feel the same. You are solely paying for a name, the items themselves are nothing special and I've seen nicer looking jewellery from Next or River Island. I just don't get the fascination with them, aside from some nice packaging and box, likely worth more than what's inside it. Some of the bracelets are on nothing more than a type of elastic and when it broke staff were less than helpful insisting it had been stretched rather than looking at how it had been attached together poorly. One to avoid, spend the money on something else.
