Can't Proceed to Amazon Checkout

I've added items to basket as normal and click on the *proceed to checkout* button but nothing happens? Same issue with both in-App and website. Anyone else experiencing this problem? What's the solution

Yes, I've been having issues at the proceed to checkout stage. Page kept crashing when I tried to change shipping preferences. I finally got it to work after many attempts.

Amazon has issues with their checkout right now. Hundreds of people are reporting problems. It’s been doing it for about 3 hours for me now.

I’m getting fed up of Amazon and orders either arriving late or not at all, they seem to prioritise Black Friday and put everything else at the back of deliveries, It’s probably down to the Black Friday sale that is causing the App to fail, One order I placed last week should have arrived last week but didn’t arrive until Monday, Another order I placed was Due Monday but now they don’t even know when it will arrive 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s ridiculous they know every year they do these so called sales yet every year the website & App crashes

smithpoppy303 Contact them via chat and complain about it, if you're a prime member tell them that you have paid for Prime and expect your deliveries to be prioritised as you're paying for next day delivery, they should give you some sort of compensation, either a gift card or a month free Prime, maybe even both.

pato I have Been having a lot of trouble with Amazon lately either orders Fail to Arrive or Arrive Days After they should especially when the item is Amazon Prime last week it took me an hour to get beyond that stupid Bot that you have to get past Because one item was classed as Amazon Prime yet it would take 16 days to get here 🤷🏻‍♀️so I cancelled it ( it was a Bulk Order of Soap powder) Last year I ordered a Doll for my Granddaughter for her Birthday and 5 times the delivery vehicle stopped outside my house but still didn’t bring my order so I spotted the delivery person and asked for my package as I had to nip out he just shrugged his shoulders got back in his vehicle and Cancelled my order stating Order was cancelled by the customer 😳 I had to wait another week for them to Rectify the problem, They didn’t even offer any compensation all they said was I had to wait until the delivery person took the order Back to the Depot, Amazon has gone terrible lately and they don’t care what complaints the customer makes, I try and get most things I need from eBay now,

smithpoppy303 I'm sorry to hear that you have been having issues with them, any time I have had to contact them I've always had a satisfactory outcome, I got a parcel delivered 5 minutes ago, I only ordered it at 11AM this morning.

I ordered a doorbell and Amazon put 2 into my basket. When I got to the checkout and alter it to 1 only, my order was not process.

I use Amazon , but only for the convenience of getting next day delivery for mainstream stuff like batteries , gardening stuff etc . If you look at all the Chinese Tat advertised on here with "Deal Stacks etc " it goes up and down in price from various sellers like the proverbial Yo Yo 🙄. One of the tips is to avoid anything described as "professional " (Chinese for useless ) and avoid Chinese marketplace sellers unless you have a very large rubbish bin 🤔 and more money than sense .
