'Glad That the Police Had Taken Steps to Combat the Problem' Haha

What do you think of this?+20 points

Nope. My husband's been known to be a bit creative when it comes to loading the car after a trip to the DIY store but nothing that leaves the boot open or impedes his vision and ability to drive safely. I'm not sure what a 'traffic offence report' entails but it sounds like a woolly response to numpty driving!

Woolly indeed, I'm not sure what it takes for the Police to respond appropriately these days, it's all a little to PC.

This reminds me of the crazy loads people carry on motorbikes in South East Asia.

Carry a ladder and drive with one hand and no helmet, no problem! Even a piece of 4' x 8' chipboard cutting out left hand vision completely!

Here's a family of five on a bike in Vietnam

The most people I've ever seen on a single bike going along, was seven! In Malaysia. I wish I had a pic of that one!

Yes, India & Asia do have some strangely overloaded vehicles to the western viewpoint, perhaps it is normal to them and accepted.

Johnny I love YouTube almost anything can be found there - including many Trolls - few websites are devoid of them 😉

jakemoss Yes it is copyright, but in this case it qualifies as a ‘fair use’.

Johnny I am guessing you are replying to the "barrack room lawyer of copyright law" initials JM - I have him blocked so I can't see his post or respond to him (I only have one account) If I'm correct he obviously knows a way around "blocks" he shouldn't even have been able to see this video, which was part of my posting, whilst logged into the JM account (if my guess is correct). Perhaps he might like to know (when he sees this) that: Any person uploading to YouTube, whilst retaining copyright, has to consent to the video being linked to from any other website. I know that as FACT... I upload to YouTube and own the copyright on numerous YouTube videos.

Although copyright law wan't my speciality - I have a keen interest in it (for professional reasons).

Please will you let me know in reply if my "educated guess" was correct.

Johnny you should inform your best friend davidstockport he doesn't know how this website works, that his educated guess is incorrect before he starts accusing me once again.

When you mute (block) someone "you will no longer see their comments, nor get notifications from them. This includes in Chat. You will see their posts, for example deals and freebies, but not Chat threads. you will see their posts, for example deals and freebies, but not Chat threads".

Basically he can't see what I write but I can still see his. That's how the mute function works, it's one way.

I've tagged Tom Kelsey Deepak so they can see I'm not the one causing arguments in this instance. Clearly davidstockport is the one provoking me.

Kind regards

Johnny All YouTube videos can be linked to - the uploaders (who retain the copyright) have to consent to their videos being available to be linked to (but not copied) from any other website (unless private), the views still count for any uploaders who have their channels monetised.

jakemoss Grow up and please don't insult the intelligence of Tom Kelsey & Deepak - of the dozens of videos you must have seen here you chose mine to query regarding copyright infringement. (you didn't query the numerous pictures on this thread you must have seen before you got to mine) I was right when I saw saw Johnny's reply to guess who he was replying to. (now confirmed)

It's the same old story from you provoking people into answering then accusing them of starting the trouble or of stalking them. I am not the only member who's blocked you to avoid the hassle.

Now the block goes on again - it's intended to stop hassle.

davidstockport You were wrong about the block (mute) function working both ways though, it works one way only from your end as you've now discovered.

I queried the Mr. Bean video since it's a TV show produced by Tiger Aspect Productions and the person who uploaded it on YouTube isn't the original copyright holder.

Also, I'm not sure why you think I'm insulting the intelligence of Tom Kelsey & Deepak. Trying to twist my words now are we?

I think if I did do something as daft as this I wouldn't want to admit it as it is a bit stupid but also fairly dangerous too I think

tumblespots But the police don't identify the car or the driver - they just publicise that idiotic things like that aren't tolerated.😀

Thank you for sharing a news story of interest. I have edited to remove the bulk of the article which was copied and pasted and may infringe copyright. It'd be great if you could do this in future. Thanks!
