Does anyone else use the Starbucks App?
On the 23rd September Starbucks updated their app and changed their reward program. They did state beforehand that it could take up to two weeks for user account information from the old system to appear on the latest version.
However, since the 23rd most other features have not been working and many users can't access their account or have lost their Gold status - which enables you to get certain things for free, such as cream or extra shots.

Has anyone else had issues with the app?
I hope regular customers are offered a free drink as compensation.
