The Prize Draw runs from 00:00:01 on Saturday 25th May 2019 until 23:59:59 on Sunday 7th June 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. All data fields on the entry form are mandatory to validate the entry.

Cath Kidston will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

There will be one main prize winner and three runners up.

The main prize consists of one £250 Cath Kidston gift card to spend on the new Jungle Book X Cath Kidston collection and ten runners up prize consists of a limited edition tote bag

No purchase is necessary for participation in the Prize Draw.

1One winner and ten runners up will be chosen at random from all the valid entries no later than Sunday 7th June 2019 and will be notified via the email address used to register the entry.

The prize winners will be the person whose name appears in the entry.

The prize winners must provide a contact telephone number within three days of being notified by Cath Kidston to claim the prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a prize winner cannot be contacted, or does not comply with these terms and conditions, or does not confirm acceptance of their prize, Cath Kidston reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original prize winner who will have their prize forfeited and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. If the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Cath Kidston shall be entitled to randomly draw another winner.

Cath Kidston may make the details of the prize winners available in any of its publications, websites or any other media, including but not limited to for advertising, promotion, publicity and communications purposes, without restriction. Cath Kidston reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Cath Kidston’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize Draw.
