A Pack of Gratitude Cards worth £25!

World Gratitude Day is tomorrow, and to celebrate we’ve teamed up with The Grateful Hearts Club to give one lucky reader the chance to win a pack Gratitude Cards worth £25.

The Grateful Hearts Club was founded by Charla Grant on the south coast in Southsea. As someone who used gratitude to overcome some deeply challenging times, Charla wanted an effective way of capturing and sharing gratitude with others, and this is her new love project.

The aims of the project are to:

Share the benefits of gratitude

Raise the awareness of gratitude as a self-care tool

Help spread some love and positivity both online and in the world

The Grateful Hearts Club Gratitude Cards allow you to write, reflect and share gratitude so there’s a greater focus on what we have, rather than what is missing.

But what is gratitude? Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Studies show that gratitude is an effective way to increase happiness and positivity and has been linked to better sleep, lower anxiety and depression. Keeping a daily log of gratitude increases optimism and triggers positive feedback loops, making you feel even more grateful.

With this in mind, we here at UKMums.TV wanted to share what we are all grateful for:
