What’s included in the prize:

A ‘Power Hour with Naomi’

This is a 60-minute sleep consultation which is carried out online. Firstly, Naomi will delve deep into why your little one is experiencing their sleep problems and help you to develop the best approach to take. Naomi will then discuss the details of your sleep plan. The consultation also includes some mindset coaching. Mindset Coaching ensures that you are fully prepared and ready to move through your sleep plan with complete confidence. This session is recorded and then sent directly to you for future reference.

A Bespoke Sleep Plan

You will receive a bespoke sleep plan to be carried out over 14 days. By getting to know you and your family, Naomi will be able to guide you on the exact techniques and approach which will best suit your child. This will support you in achieving lasting results.
