Oh you have spoilt my dream! Good point you make though but reading the details a young family has been raised there and moved on and the remaining parents are moving on themselves. Before I submit multiple entries I have just emailed the site to ask if being close to the river has caused any problems or caused insurance cover problems. Will keep you posted on the reply.
TerenceMealing I have received the following reply from the competition website and I am still entering but it is up to you and others whether or not to enter yourself. "The house sits approx 45 feet above the river, hence the outstanding views, so insurance is not an issue for us. We are standard rates."
