1. These terms and conditions are for the Flying Goose monthly X Giveaways. By entering these Giveaways, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. The Giveaways are organised by Exotic Food Public Company Ltd (trading as Flying Goose), 49/42 Moo 5, Tungsukla, Sriracha, Chonburi, 20230 Thailand.

1. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Giveaways.

1. The Giveaways are free to enter.

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

1. Only one entrant per household is permitted.

1. Each prize is clearly stated on the social media posts. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

1. Entry must be made before 23:59 BST on the last day of the month. The draw will be made within 10 days of the Giveaway closing.

1. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on X, within 10 days of the draw date.

1. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.

1. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

1. Employees of Exotic Food Public Company Ltd., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.

1. The Giveaways may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
