Sprinting onto the triathlon scene in 2016, Jess went from supermarket worker to multi-medal winner in a matter of years landing gold in the triathlon mixed relay at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo 2020. Jess undoubtably knows a thing or two about determination, the power of training and how to deliver results.
