Win Tickets to See Strictly Ballroom – the Musical

We've got two pairs of tickets to give away to see the West End debut of Baz Luhrmann’s Strictly Ballroom - The Musical plus dinner and overnight stay in a top London hotel. We will bring you and your guest to London for an all-inclusive theatrical experience. As well as great seats and hospitality at the theatre you’ll also dine at a central London restaurant and an overnight stay in a luxurious hotel. Plus you’ll get transport home again.

Terms and conditions

1. JD Williams & Company Limited trading as Simply Be, registered office: Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES (“Promoter”) is holding a prize draw on 17 May 2018 (“Prize Draw”).

2. Entering the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms").

3. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and N Brown Group Plc, any of their group companies, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this Prize Draw are ineligible to enter.

4. The Prize Draw is only open to existing Simply Be customer account holders who have opted in to the Simply Be Perks program.

5. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

6. All entries must be made by visiting the Promotor’s website, simplybe.co.uk/perks, and selecting or using the one-click enter as provided on the Prize Draw page. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. The opening date for entries is 09:00am on 16 April 2018. The closing date for entries is at 23:59 on 16 May 2018. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

8. There will be 2 winners chosen at random draw by a computer process on 17 May 2018 (”Draw Date”).

9. The winner will receive a one night stay for two people in London plus two tickets to see the show Strictly Ballroom – The Musical at The Piccadilly Theatre (“the Prize”). The Prize will include: • 1 night’s accommodation in a 4* hotel based on 2 people sharing one double/twin room on room only basis • 2 x Band A tickets to see Strictly Ballroom – the Musical • entry to the Ambassador Lounge up to 60 minutes before the show and during the interval; • standard class return train ticket to London (off peak train ticket only) • dinner restaurant voucher provided up to the value of £50

10. The Prize is subject to availability of theatre and travel tickets and exclude UK public and bank holidays. The Prize can only be redeemed against performances taking place on Monday – Friday and Saturday afternoon between 17 May 2018 and 16 June 2018 only. The Prize does not include travel, meals or refreshments (other than those stated as being included in the Prize), spending money, additional activities for which a fee is payable and any other expenditure. The Prize is supplied by the Ambassador Theatre Group Limited, 2nd Floor, Alexander House, Church Path, Woking, GU21 6EJ (the “Supplier”). The winner is responsible for redeeming his/her Prize directly with the Supplier.

11. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; and the Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

12. The Prize is subject to any separate terms and conditions of the Supplier (the “Supplier Terms and Conditions”). By accepting the Prize the winner and his/her guest accepts and agrees to be bound by the Supplier Terms and Conditions, including any Supplier privacy policy in the event that the winner provides any personal data to the Supplier, which can be obtained directly from the Supplier at www.atgtickets.com/terms-and-conditions.

13. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days following the Draw Date.

14. The winner will be contacted by the Supplier via email, to arrange for delivery or fulfilment (where applicable) of the Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Supplier within 7 days of being contacted by the Supplier, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

15. The tickets provided as part of the Prize will be sent to the Piccadilly Theatre (16 Denman St, Soho, London W1D 7DY) for the winner to pick up directly in accordance with the instructions provided by the Supplier at the time of Prize redemption.

16. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

19. The winner’s first name and county can be obtained by sending an email to perks@simplybe.co.uk within 1 month after the date of the closing date of the Prize Draw.

20. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter may notify withdrawal, alteration or suspension of the Prize Draw by posting a notice to that effect on www.simplybe.co.uk/perks as soon as reasonably practicable.

22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

25. Personal data (i.e. name and email address) held by the Promoter will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which can be found in our website, and may be passed on to the Supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.

26. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable all remaining provisions will remain in full force and in effect.

27. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
