In 1970, William Tullberg made the first British wholegrain mustard. 50 years on William’s son, Guy, carries on his legacy. However, that one mustard has matured into eight varieties and over 40 award-winning B-Corp, planet-friendly chutneys, relishes and sauces (with many vegan and gluten free options). The range is still handmade in the heart of Wiltshire, abiding to traditional recipes, with an underpinning principal to buy the best quality ingredients sourced locally wherever possible to ensure the products taste as good as, if not better than, homemade.

No veggie or meat sausage is complete without the sweet heat delivered by Tracklements Robust Wholegrain Mustard. It also takes a cheese sauce or any root vegetable mash to a new level. The flavour of a hot smoked salmon is a genuine crowd pleaser when served with a rather dashing horseradish cream dressing.

If you hate waste (don’t we all?), it’s easy to inject new life into leftover veggies with a quick frittata served with Fresh Chilli Jam. And to pep up a platter of mixed meats or cheeses just add a few spoons of Apple & Cider Brandy or a large dollop of sharp, crunchy Particularly British Piccalilli.
