It’s not glitch they do that and people pay for postage they want them to review the products , they keep sending me emails with vouchers but postage is high so don’t think it’s worth
Hi - yes they do a review panel where they give you a code for A specific items and you pay the postage. However this Is not that. This was a code given as they have launched their new website and is £20 off any item or order no review required

I went to buy the shampoo and it was £49 
it only took £20 off not a good deal. £29 for 200ml plus £5.99 p&p think i will pass on this.

, obviously the prices are made up to make people thinks it’s a great deal but the cosmetics are not worth more than you pay the postage , they are trying to get on to market that’s why they make you think you get great deal lol, it’s like skin chemist , same thing
Abiskup hi - this isn’t like skin chemists at all. Dr botanical is a popular brand that has been on the market for a while and has been in beauty boxes and Beauty advent calendars too. If it’s not for you that’s fine 
SamanthaGoodshi not at all,i always get excactly the same emails from them and skinchemist,i think you mixing up this brand with dr organic or organic botanical,as they are well known
