PeteNix I didn't technically pre share. The deal with the 25 quid vouchers was there when I shared. Then in my post I commented it was gonna be in lightning deal at 10.30am today which I then edited to reflect that. But yeh I can appreciate your take on it too. Hard to find a balance. Again tho I'm Sry and in future I'll not do it if is something that may cause any hassle.

I've noticed with some of the deals like this one where I don't see a voucher, I have to go to the vouchers page and search to find it - and when I do and click on the voucher I get a message 'Collection Failed' even when I haven't previously claimed it. Any ideas why this happens? I'm asking because you seem to know your stuff!

Dynamo1 Certain vouchers cover more ares, This voucher for instant may also be used on a wider variety of items, you may have used it on something else on a previous purchase hope that helps

Dynamo1 some vouchers are account specific depending on your location. Sometimes Iv used the app and it failed like you mentioned so I'd use chrome in desktop mode and sometimes Iv been able to claim it then. There seems to be a lot of issues with amazon and vouchers etc. I think it's mainly a location thing that can get messed up. That and vouchers being removed in one area but not another. Can't know for sure.

PeteNix they really don't man. Same time the more mistakes they make the better for us. Iv had about 6 months free prime from mistakes or undelivered items or canceled orders due to price mistakes. let's hope they stay clueless
