3.5% Interest Yorkshire Building Society Regular Saver - Existing Members Only

By far the best interest rate currently available , BUT you have to have been a YBS member before Jan 2020 .

Pretty obvious (I hope) to those who know they have a YBS account . Or maybe like me you had an old Egg savings account , or Chelsea account that merged /got taken over by Yorkshire many years ago - perhaps worth checking ? Have a look in your files , bottom of drawers etc where an old passbook might be lurking .

Anyway its a 12 month account , max monthly saving of £500 so very good in the current interest climate .

Got mine up and running and as it's a "loyalty " offer rather than an introductory offer there is every chance it could be repeated . So maybe worth opening a saver account with them with a small sum in case they repeat it next year ?
