I've just subscribed but Its showing as ends in 30 days 3rd July, not 4 months!!
I have just spoken to Amazon customer service, this 4 month offer does Not exist, they have no such promotion, it's for 30 days only
I just checked this out for myself and it shows as renewing in October for me.

StephenDoolan it's showing as renews 3rd July on my account, Amazon customer service said this offer doesn't exist, weird......
I think sometimes the people behind the Amazon chat don't always know what is going on.

I don't know how it will look on your phone but there is an option on the page to view your cancelled and expired subscriptions.
It's the first time I have subscribed to Amazon music, I don't normally subscribe to offers but I thought 4 months free was a great offer
I would try Amazon chat again and show them the link to the offer through this deal and ask why you're only on one month.
StephenDoolan yeah they asked for the link, so I copied and pasted it to them, they said they had spoken to their promotions team and there was no such promotion
Thanks Tom , got one month for free and cancelled it so will not charge me £7.99 next month.Was also giving me Individual plan for £ 3.99 after one month . One month free which does not renew itself is better than nothing.

It’s for new customers NOT existing! I got scammed last month on here for a 3mnth free trial & clicked the link on here & then it charged me £7.99 for the month without any free trial so I cancelled straight away but was still charged for a month
I've been using amazon for years and I think customer service haven't got a clue what day it is most off the time so I would double check on it.
Pppathome I do agree with you some have no idea at all I’ve been with them many years and I tell them what their should be doing instead of other way around
How do I do this without paying I am a prime customer but its saying it is 7.99pm
secrerassassins you will have to sign up with a different account to get that basically new name new accounts but you should already have it if you have signed up
I signed up to this last year, it's not a bad offer but after the trial i decided to cancel.
