The BeSafe hand sanitiser has been a firm favourite with our clients for a long time now. For those times when there is no soap and water handy or if you just want to freshen up, this product is the answer.
Academic and research studies have highlighted time and again, the “downside” of alcohol-based hand sanitisers. This is particularly obvious when you compare them with equally-effective, yet safer, more environmentally friendly hand sanitiser products. These non-alcohol products are also arguably more cost-efficient and their development has resulted in a major shift away from flammable, alcohol-based products, and towards alcohol-free products.
For a long time Benzalkonium chloride and its cousins have been recognized as effective antibacterial and antiseptic agents and have been proven to be upwards of 99.99% per cent effective and non alcohol content hand sanitisers are essentially nontoxic when applied to the skin or mucous membranes. Benzalkonium Chloride is used primarily in hand or face washes, and is also used as a disinfectant
“Benzalkonium chloride-based hand sanitisers demonstrate greater sustained germ killing activity than alcohol gel hand sanitisers which also become less effective with repeated use and make the skin dirtier, due to removal of protective natural skin oils. They also allow dead skin cells to be trapped by the polymer thickeners that are used in gelled alcohol products,
Skin Friendly Formula Means No More Dry Hands
The problem of dry and even cracked hands with frequent use of alcohol hand sanitisers use can eventually lead to breaks in the skin which in themselves are a risk of infection. The BeSafe alcohol free hand sanitiser far from drying out the skin will offer a rehydrating effect to maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance.
Comfort and Cleanliness with Non-sticky formula.
The BeSafe Antimicrobial Hand Sanitiser has a non-sticky formula that absorbs quickly, feels pleasant and always leaves you with smooth feeling hands. No matter how often you use the BeSafe hand sanitiser you will never end up with sticky feeling hands. And as well as that your hands will not pick up dirt which they may do if you are using alcohol-based hand sanitisers.
Performance that is Concentrated
The very handy sized BeSafe hand sanitiser bottle is small enough to be carried around in a pocket all day. It is ideal for any situation where you might need some extra protection against contaminated or unclean surfaces. For the times when you need to clean your hands and cannot get to soap and water or maybe to wipe off articles that you need to use, to ensure they are clean and germ free.
Gentle Lavender Oil Perfume
Gently perfumed with natural lavender oil the BeSafe hand sanitiser will be one item that you never want to leave home without.
Not sure this is any good against the current virus - or indeed any virus !
According to all medical advice I have heard its the alcohol (needs to be at least 60% ) that strips the coating off the virus and kills it !
So as a "non alcohol " product this may clean your hands and ,remove germs (better than nothing I suppose ) but will be absolutely no use against viruses .
This product has 0.1% Benzalkonium Chloride + Didecyldimonium Chloride as active agents.

thedealmaker That list is a general list of what is effective against corona virus - not what is in this particular product !
As I read it this product is alcohol free , the list is from the NEA of what is effective and is NOT a breakdown of what is in this product .
I think adding that link to a product that doesn't contain those ingredients is misleading to say the least .
