Interesting but not endeared by the actual name of the brand. Would a young woman buy something called Cougar? And an older woman buying this? Well, does anyone like being called cougar? Maybe it's just me, I dunno 
I've bought the 24 hour liquid lipstick from them previously, it was the best lippy I've ever used, didn't smudge or rub off, the only thing that defeated it was greasy food

I have not read many good comments about this site. It is almost like they make their money back just charging 5 pounds in postage and browsing brands they do not seem to be known
I received my parcel, the box was damaged and the seal had been opened, most of the contents inside showed signs that they had been tested.
I contacted them to request a return label and a refund. They replied saying that I could return it but they do not give paid return labels - in other words I would have to pay to return a product that had arrived tampered with.
I have replied to them to say that as it was tampered with I should not have to pay to return it. I am awaiting their reply.
Not a good experience at all. All product I got from them came intact. You should insist they pay for the postage. Thanks CatWild
They all have Cougar written on the products! I can’t have Cougar stuff on display in my bathroom!! I will get laughed at!! Think I will stick with Elemis, but thanks for sharing x
