My mother has the non-touchscreen version of this and its pretty decent, it runs android apps well due to the ARM processors and also you get to run more android apps. This should be even better with a touch screen. As a chromebook it is at the lower end of performance due to the ARM cores but still very acceptable performance. I have no issues with it. Sold as a octacore processor but its a BIG/little arrangement so I think only 4 cores operate at a time, 4 big cores for intensive tasks and 4 little cores for when the system is mainly idle. There are 2 AI processors for processing speech recognition etc.
