If you've used a deal to have Amazon Music unlimited before you will be faced with the "we are sorry..." page. Amazon doesn't want you to use the deal more than once.
Absolutely a peace of crap, doesn't work properly. Can't even find your own playlists and customer service is completely rubbish. If you want a decent music streaming service i would highly recommend Spotify, and it was free for 3 months for new customers and it's way better then Amazon music unlimited.
