Arrange a FREE Parcel Collection with Parcel Collect at Royal Mail
If you have some parcels you need to post, you can arrange for Royal Mail to collect them for free! This promotion was set to expire on 30/6/23 but it's now been extended until 15th August. So even if you don't need to post anything now, this offer will be available for you to use for the next couple of months.
How to Book a Collection
- Buy postage with Click & Drop either online or on the Royal Mail App. Or you can use a pre-paid label.
- Select the items you wish to have collected and input the recipient and sender details
- Once the items are in your basket, select the “Arrange collection” option
- You can then add the collection details, select the day of your collection and proceed to checkout as normal
- Either print your label and affix to your parcel, or choose our “Bring my label” service and we’ll bring your labels to you*
- Your postie will call round to collect your parcel as part of his usual ‘round’

Seems to be a very handy service, Royal Mail should do more things like this, to compete with the other courier services.
Been using this a while, always comes and collects, never missed once, perfect for international delivery they even bring the shipping label and cheaper to set up online instead of post office
martinlufc5637 ....Pity they can't deliver mail on time,the other year around Oct I collected NINE letters from our sorting office which is 5 min up the road & on my way home from work.
Amongst those letters was a NEW BANK CARD & an important letter.
The excuse I got was they were short staffed,aren't we all!!

As for delivering your Medication,that's LAUGHABLE as they CAN'T deliver post, I wouldn't trust them them as far as I can throw them to quote my late Mum!!

Needed to post a recorded delivery packet, easy process online to order it and pay, then my postie collecting the following day, and even delivered a day before it was scheduled, will be using this more often, saves a 10 min drive to the post office, 20 wait in the queue and home again, I think I have said goodbye to the post office! 
Thai is really clever I haven’t tried this service yet but I defo will I just keep forgetting!!!
