ASDA - Over 100 Products Price Dropped & Locked For A Year - From 25p
Just had an email about this from ASDA when everything seems to be going up and up in price, it's a nice change to see that ASDA are dropping prices on over 100 items and locking them for the rest of 2022.
I quote "We know that the rising cost of essentials means that families on the tightest budgets had 74% less disposable income available to them each week in March versus this time last year."
With these price drops, you can get a healthy food shop on a budget and create lots of different meals and the prices will not rise for the rest of the year so you can guarantee your shopping bill will stay the same if you shop from this section.
Taking action for our customers
At a time when it feels like everything is changing, it’s good to know that you can rely on some things to stay the same. That’s why today we’ve lowered the price of over 100 family favourites and locked them at the same low price until the end of the year. Whether it’s packed lunches, family dinners or fridge fillers – wherever you see the ‘Dropped and Locked’ logo in store or online, you can trust that you’ll pay the same low price at Asda every time you shop with us. The seasons may change – but you can rest assured that these prices won’t.
They have also announced that they are increasing all their staffs wages from July to be 60p above the National Living Wage too
Prices now start at just 25p under the dropped & locked section and there are reductions across fresh fruit ad vegetables, tins, chilled, food cupboard, frozen, cleaning and household, drinks and more.

It's so nice to see these price drops, it helps to compensate for all the increases we've had lately, thanks
