Ben's Original Egg Fried Microwave Rice combines long grain rice, scrambled egg, sesame oil, and oriental spices. It's microwaveable and heats up in just 2 minutes, making it a quick and easy meal option. Each pouch contains the following ingredients:

• Steamed Parboiled Long Grain Rice (86%)
• Scrambled Egg (7.1%) with free-range egg, whole milk, water, rapeseed oil, corn flour, lemon juice concentrate, salt, and spice
• Onion, toasted sesame oil, onion powder, sunflower oil, salt, yeast extract, garlic powder, spices, dried garlic, chives

The rice can be paired with dishes like chicken stir fry or chilli & lime prawn skewers. It is conveniently stored in a dry place at room temperature and, once opened, unheated rice can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
