28 grams sugar per bottle plus lots of saturated fats . I just make my own using raw Cocoa powder and Stevia / monk fruit sweetener. Very delicious but buying these in bulk on Amazon is giving in to temptation.

I have ordered the caramel & chocolate will be here 18th June.. but the plain chocolate 
takes between 1 & 3 .so I've only ordered the 1st one
