People who go to Chester Zoo know that you don't get discounts to this amazing place very often never mind in the peak times of the school holidays!

I have just found out that by booking in advance and taking a few people you can get great discounts on a full day out at the zoo.

The usual adult price for booking in advance is £29.08 and the child price is £22.72.

However, if you book for 3 people you can get it for £68.16 which is £22.72pp which is the equivalent of adults getting for in child prices.

Book for 4 people and get it for £89.98 / £22.49pp or book for 5 and get it for £109.06 / £21.81 pp which is cheaper than child admission plus, under 2's and carers go completely free too.

You can also hire a single buggy for £10, double for £20 if you think the kids won't walk all the way round just add it on after you have selected your tickets.

There are also talks going on at intervals throughout the day by the keepers to learn more about your favourite animals. This is just an example. Its a full on day out and open from 10am until 5pm or 6pm depending on day you go and make it even cheaper by taking a picnic too.
