Aboard the Dahabiya Dream, you'll travel with highly trained staff and a fluent, English-speaking Egyptologist who will reveal the marvels of the ancient world that you'll see as you make your way south from Luxor to Aswan. The boat itself is designed to be as close as possible to a traditional Nile cruise boat, which the likes of Howard Carter - whose house you’ll be visiting as part of your trip, along with the replica of Tutankhamun's tomb - would have travelled on when first exploring Egypt.

As you make your way towards Aswan and back towards Luxor, you'll see some of the most important and impressive archaeological sites of antiquity. The Valley of Kings and the Karnak Temple are unparalleled sites of Pharaonic significance, and Kom Ombo is a fascinating and beautiful example of the durability of ancient design principles and the arrival of Roman influence.

While on board the traditional Dahabiya Dream, you can chill out on the sun deck and admire the view, or curl up in a shady spot with a book. Each day, you'll be served delicious Egyptian and European fare, using traditional spices.
