Co-Op's one of the best supermarket reward schemes. I have been using it for years. Last week I got a £1 off coupon, and 50p off milk. I like that it gives you coupons for regular products, and not just big branded things.

Coop pricing is generally high but the freezer deal is typically very good and short life products especially bread can be very highly reduced. The offers you choose each week can be good as they still work on reduced items. My local store is a 4 minute walk away.

the Co-op membership scheme. I use the Cadbury offer to get a free Freddo every other week and buy a 17p banana to keep the 40p off fruit overage for my other discounted shopping.
