1. Software - absolute rubbish. The latest marlin firmware is about 5 year out of date
2. Auto bed leveling doesn't work.
3. Original build plate not flat.
4. almost impossible to tension the belts equally.
5. Almost impossible to flash new Marlin software, without loosing LCD functionality.
6. No way to adjust Z height on the fly.
7. Print head not stable, has some movement even after adjusting the wheel alignment
8. print head obscured by large fan cover (massively over sized), making it very difficult to see whats happening).
9. Print head tends to leak, {requires stripping down and tightening the nozzle / heatsink.)
10. Cheap plastic extruder drive, skips misses steps. Varies from too much extrusion to not enough.
11. very slow to heat

I ordered separately the glass bed directly from China. a genuine TRONXY Lattice Glass Plate Platform 330*330*4 mm. However even this was crap, very poor performance, bad adhesion with anything other than PLA.

In order to fix these issues, replace motherboard

replace the crap rubber wheel with linear rails,

Replace print head with something decent for instance a genuine E3D

replace the cheap extruder drive

Order 4 mm aluminium 330 x 330 plate to replace the heatbed

700w AC powered heat bed.

Or choose another printer
