- Repeat fault - If you request assistance for the same fault within any 90 day period we will charge a £79 excess
- Pre-existing fault - if we or our recovery mechanic or specialist believes it is a fault that existed before the membership policy was in place, we will charge you a £79 excess
- Home Breakdown - £35 excess if you do NOT have home cover
I have this offer, but don't call them on bank holidays if your car has broken down at home unless you have included home cover, I had to call them and was willing to pay £35 excess but was told as l didn't have home cover, they wouldn't be able to send anyone

Read the small print. Especially where it says “if we or our recovery mechanic believe it is a fault that existed before the membership policy, we will charge you £79 excess”. They only have to believe that, not prove it.
