When do I have to pay?
Generic Excess - We reserve the right to charge excesses and or administration fees in various instances.
Misfuel - if you have put the incorrect fuel in your vehicle, you will be required to pay a Β£69 excess.
Repeat fault - If you request assistance for the same fault within any 90 day period we will charge a Β£79 excess
Pre-existing fault - if we or our recovery mechanic or specialist believes it is a fault that existed before the membership policy was in place, we will charge you a Β£79 excess
Home Breakdown - Β£35 excess if you do NOT have home cover

My view is: if you're not paying for the product, you are the product. Be careful of what info these guys ask for and also be careful you're not exploited in your time of need i.e vulnerable, broken down on the side of the road with the family in the car
