PLUS

Pre-order and you’ll also get access to the PRIVATE BETA.

BETA code will be sent to customers via email with redemption instructions within 10 days of pre-order being placed.

BETA access dates to be announced at a later date, and codes will be sent before the BETA begins.

PLUS

It’s worth noting the Tesco Pre-Order Price Guarantee

You can pre-order this product now for delivery on the launch date. If you order today, you'll pay today's price; however, if the price on the launch date is lower, then Tesco will refund the difference. As Tesco typically battle it out with Amazon to get the lowest price around launch, the price at launch will probably be a bit cheaper and if so you'll get a few quid refunded. I’d expect Call of Duty WWII PS4 to be a bit less than £45 at launch.

Game is not out until November and Tesco take money straight away. No point in Tesco keeping hold of your money for 6 months. It will be lower before launch.

Smyths is an option with PR5 code. Works out £42.99 and they won't take money till release.

mixmixi No harm in doing it there if money isn't taken until release. Can always pre order and just cancel when there is a better deal.

mixmixi Hi, I think the Smyths Pre-order Code is usually PRE5.

I tried both PR5 and PRE5 at Smyths, but neither code appears to work for Call of Duty WWII .

I like it that Smyths don't take your money 'til despatch, and like Tesco, if their price decreases between your order time and when the item is available, you will receive the lower price. Ultimately I would expect a pre-order from Amazon or Tesco to be the best deal, especially combined with the £5 off offer I posted that's just expired. No harm giving them your money for a few months in order to get a decent deal, as even 2% interest (if only) on £48 for 6 months is only 48p, and you get the Private Beta Access.

Johnny Yes, they have disabled the code for this order. I just tried. It was active initially thou. Fair enough, I was just giving suggestion mate, not criticism 🙂

mixmixi Don't get me wrong - it was a good suggestion. I suspect Amazon, Tesco and Smyths all ran (and expired) their extra £5 off deals at roughly the same time . Tesco's ended on Sunday 7th May.

BTW, Smyths code PRE5 does work for a Destiny 2 pre-order for £5 off

Johnny No the Smyths deal is a permanat code. It never expires. They just time to time add and remove a preorder to the category which the code works on. I think nearer to release they will do that. Almost all preorders from them are eligible to get the code work on them prior to release.
