This looks like a good mattress, I've been looking for a new one for a while. Sounds like it could be a comfy one which is a bonus 
Typical of Latest Deals pushing poor quality products in return for commission. Shameful
from this company....DON'T DO IT!!! Brought a bed for my daughter within 3 weeks the base had completely collapsed the mattress felt like all the springs were coming through!! Rang this place for a refund and someone to collect the bed! Have waited almost 2 weeks for them to collect it having been continually lied too and waiting in on numerous occasions!! Finally collected yesterday.....I took pictures of the Van as evidence that they had collected to then enter the number plate to see its flagging up as no insurance!!!
The company is not trustworthy and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this!!!

Bed arrived. Missing bolts for headboard.
They lied and said they sent them out for us and got last in transit.
Not even 2 weeks later, now the springs have gone in matress, and hardly been used!.
Purchased through wowcher so you would assume good company wouldn't you?.
HUGE MISTAKE .
I have had little contact and response from Durest beds or wowcher.
Both are not bothered now they have our money.
Durest bed offered to pick bed up at a charge !
After reading these reviews that's not going to happen and people are still waiting for refund!.
Wowcher we have about 7 cases open with them as they don't respond.
We have had no option but to go through citizen advice and ombudsman.
Has Been a lot of work sending them all the unanswered emails, and cases from both durest beds and wowcher, that we have had no or little response from.
But will be worth it as we have rights.
I shall keep you all informed of our progress and outcome.
They have been sent a link to this company so they can also read the other dreadful reviews, promises, faulty beds, missing parts and refunds that people are still waiting for.
Now for feedback on wowcher to be left!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR WOWCHER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM.
Jimmy after reading through your story I think you should speak with citizens advice and confirm you can go to the financial ombudsmen with it. Non existent customer service/support is as good as crookery in my opinion.

Id be Very wary of this! The supplier is durest beds if you google the company actually supplying, they dont have a website and it looks like a dodgy lockup! Lots of awful reviews too with people complaining of unfulfilled orders! Be careful x
