I tried this last night on a PS4 deal, topped up £174.99 to then get the £5 on top of that, it says usuall takes 5 mins, sometimes can be 4 hours, so after 15 mins went onto the online chat and they said it can take up to 24 hours, bit misleading on time scales so cancelled it and bought the PS4 with my credit card, good thing i did as it is now sold out if i had waited.
