This looks exactly like the Mario Kart t-shirt glitch from December 2018. Plain white t-shirt with basic pattern on it, was £8.99 but code took it to £2.99. It was classed as a glitch but IWOOT 'honoured' it for £2.99, when I got the t-shirt it was poor quality and £3 price was all it was worth.
