Henstone Rosé Gin is an oak aged gin with a rich, aromatic flavour. This gin is distilled, aged, bottled and labelled on-site at our distillery, ensuring a premium quality product is delivered every time Perfect over ice, paired with a Mediterranean tonic or used as a base for classic cocktails. This unique gin is aged in New American Oak casks to give a gentle golden hue with subtle vanilla flavours coming from the oak ageing. We distil using our 1000L Kothe Still, which is a pot/column hybrid. This, along with patience during production ensures we produce an incredibly smooth spirit, proven when this Rosé Gin was a winner at the Gin Guide Awards.

Henstone Distillery was created in Oswestry, Shropshire, United Kingdom in 2017 by Chris and Alexandra Toller and Shane and Alison Parr. Shane and Alison run created brewery and the distillery is based at the brewery site. We spent good years creating our venture. After receiving a view from the rdpe we created an good product still good named Hilda. Hilda was created by Kothe in Germany and supplied to us by their UK Ryebeck Limited. Our aim is to create the good quality products for people.
